4. Orders
4.1 By placing an order on this site, you agree to purchase the products you have selected in accordance with these General Conditions of Sale.
4.2 Orders placed with Carterie on this site are not subject to minimum quantity limits.
4.3 Carterie offers its products for sale on this site within the limits of available stocks.
5. Order confirmation
5.1 The orders you place on this site do not constitute a binding contract until they have been confirmed by an e-mail from Carterie. The email is sent to the email address that you registered on the site www.carterie.ch. If the registered email contains an error, the confirmation will still be sent to this address and it serves as the order confirmation.
5.2 Carterie reserves the right, at its option, to refuse an order.
5.3 The data recorded by Carterie constitutes irrefutable proof of the order or the transaction. The data recorded by the payment system constitutes irrefutable proof of financial transactions.
6. Price
6.1 The prices payable for the goods you order are those which appear on this site on the date of the order, but excluding delivery costs.
6.2 Delivery costs are invoiced at the rates indicated on this site on the date of the order.
6.3 Carterie reserves the right to modify its prices and delivery costs at any time and to cancel a contract which presents wording, printing or calculation errors.
7. Delivery
7.1 All orders confirmed by Carterie will be delivered to the address indicated on the order.
7.2 Carterie makes every effort to ensure delivery within two working days of receipt of the order.
7.3 Deliveries can only be made in Switzerland.
8. Verification of the goods
8.1 You are responsible for checking the quantity and the good condition of the goods upon delivery.
8.2 If you find that goods are missing or have been damaged, you must report them and file a complaint with the carrier and inform Carterie within 2 days of delivery. Carterie will then decide whether the goods are replaced or not (free of charge or at your expense).
9. Returns
9.1 You cannot return the goods delivered to you without prior agreement from Carterie.
9.2 If a return must take place because the goods are defective (only for this reason or if Carterie made the wrong products in its shipment), you must first ask for Carterie's approval and wait for Carterie's validation to carry out the return. Carterie may ask you for visual elements (proofs) of defective products.
9.3 When the returns have been made in the manner prescribed by Carterie, Carterie will decide whether or not to reimburse the returned goods. Shipping costs are your responsibility.
10. Payment
10.1 Payment by credit card is due immediately. Your credit card data is under the confidentiality process of our payment system used (Paypal or other).
11. Payment problem
11.1 Any payment blocked by our secure payment system used (Paypal or other) will result in a cancellation of the order and the availability of products in stock for other customers.
11.2 Carterie reserves the right to cancel an order if payment is not due within 3 days.

12.2 If the problem cannot be resolved by email or telephone, Carterie will offer you a range of after-sales service options.
13. Limitation of liability
13.1 The photos and texts illustrating and describing the products which appear on this site are non-contractual and only for information. Carterie assumes no responsibility in the event of errors or omissions in the photos or texts appearing on this site.
13.2 Without limiting the scope of these General Conditions of Sale, any request whatsoever for delivered products, non-delivery of products or otherwise may not exceed the amount of the purchase price of the products which gave rise to a request damages. IN NO EVENT SHALL CARTERIE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (EVEN IF THE BIRTH OF SUCH DAMAGE WAS KNOWN OR COULD HAVE BEEN THROUGH BY OUR PRODUCTS) , THEIR USE, THEIR SALE OR THIS SITE.
14. Force majeure
14.1 Carterie will do its utmost to fulfill its obligations but cannot be held responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond its control.
14.2 In the event of delay, Carterie will fulfill its obligations as soon as possible and reserves the right to distribute the stocks of remaining products among its customers fairly.
15. Applicable law and place
15.1 These General Conditions of Sale are governed by Swiss law.
15.2 The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the same country as that of the applicable law.
